Sustainable Farming Warriors Wanted: Be Bold And Take The Challenge
To believe is to advocate. Our farm is built around the indigenous farming principles taught us by our forefathers. Partake in all the life-giving gifts the land could give you but make sure you leave the environment unharmed. Do not get more than you could give the land back. Take care of the land and the land will take care of you.

If you believe in these principles and are interested to live out how we make these principles alive in our day to day work on the farm, you are most welcome to join us. Immerse yourself in an interactive experience with our indigenous farmers as they show you their knowledge of organic farming and other sustainable farming practices. And yes, see for yourself how they integrate into these practices the conservation of the local flora and fauna. But as you learn from them, they must also be learning from you. It would be great if you could leave your imprints behind. But as important, you leave us assured, you lend your voice in telling the world that only in sustaining the environment could we hope to sustain human life through generations and that we should take bold steps to stop killing the earth. Now be bold and take the CHALLENGE.

This farm is located in Mt. Province in the Northern Part of the Philippines. It is owned by a family belonging to the tribal minority group. It is an agroforest farm of 22 hectares of which 10 hectares is for cultivation and the remaining area is the forest area being preserved. We have lots of activities which we need assistance from our volunteers. The volunteers could choose from the various activities like fencing, vermicomposting, sowing, harvesting of vegetables, planting of fruit trees, potting of ornamental plants, weeding our coffee or dragon fruit areas. Welcome to us and enjoy communing with nature and at the same time experience our rich culture.
In exchange for the help we get, then you have a chance of enjoying a simple country living with the family and having contact with the cultural community. There are 2 small cottages available for the volunteers. Each cottage has 2 rooms and 2 person/room. We provide all your food from breakfast to dinner. Most of the source of food we offer such as fruit and vegetables are from our organic garden. The supply of fruit is depending on the seasonal fruit available. If you need to eat various fruits everyday then you have to buy the supplement yourself. We require a minimum stay of a week and a maximum stay for three weeks. You are asked to help with the work for 6 hours a day. You are free on Saturdays and Sundays. This makes it possible for you to visit other tourists spots on the nearby towns. We have very limited access of internet and the nearest town from the farm is 8km away but accessible by jeepneys passing by the farm gate.

We ask for a registration fee of 2,000 pesos(Php) from each volunteer for a minimum stay for one week. Any plan of extending over one (1) week should be discussed with the host. If you find it interesting to volunteer on our farm then you can contact us and get detailed information about your stay. We send you an email on how to find our farm location too.
