We live in an big old country house between Hamburg and Berlin. The region is called "Wendland" and it is famous for the diversity of its inhabitants ( It is known for the arts, alternative ways of living, organic farming, cultural activities and political engagement against nuclear transports and storage (

The country house is part of a small village and consists of many buildings surrounding a beautiful inner courtyard.

Part of the premises are also a large garden as well as a small forest and meadows, which are cultivated. Depending on the season, we need help with harvesting, gardening, keeping the premises in shape etc. for ca. 4-5 hours a day.

We are three women and a 6 year old boy, 1 pug, 1 cat and many birds, in particular swallows, living together as a community.

You will have your own room, excellent meals from qualified cooks, internet access available and many opportunities to explore the countryside.

We welcome open-minded people of any race, sex or color and we look forward to meeting you!
