4. Laundry for bed sheets after check outs
5. Toilet & dustbin maintenance
6. Party mingler

Special tasks if you have skills/interest:
1. Gardening
2. Carpentry work
3. Book wrapping
4. Interior decoration
5. Baking/cooking
6. Painting

Prior to arrival, we prefer that you empty your cup of water regardless of what experience and job titles you have. Please help us to save electricity - remember to turn off electricity after use/before leaving; and help guests to do so.

We only accept helpers who could commit 1 week minimally. We admit that things may get boring over time, however if you are independent and knows how to utilize sources to entertain yourself, you will enjoy the stay very much. Try to give before you take, and appreciate the minimal work in this place.

It's easy to get around here with public transport and walking. SS2 is an area popular for its pioneering food industry and the food here are very affordable (even cheap). We also have a night market within 3 mins walking distance every Thursday. For this reason, we do not provide food in the house as we eat out separately and frequently. However, you may use the kitchen and cook/bake. My mother would also cook for you occasionally.

Job perks: occasionally free meals, occasionally free souvenirs from guests, lots of free time to do your own stuff.

P/S: Since there is no payment involved, you could use the common area to teach and provide private lessons. We are also very supportive if you have some creative ideas to make use of the space. If you want to learn speaking or writing Mandarin/ Japanese/ English, this is a good place to start!
