We currently have room for someone in July, Aug,Sept, and Oct There is always lots of fun things to do here.

We operate a mixed farm and Agritourism business located at High Prairie, Alberta which is 365km northwest of Edmonton.

Along with operating a farm, we also do custom baling and rent various pieces of farm equipment to other farmers. The Agritourism venture is an assortment of summer and winter activities which include: an 18 acre corn maze, trail riding, wagon rides, giant slip’n slide, human foosball, walking trails, pumpkin patch, toboggan hill and sleigh rides. This summer we will be developing a small campground on the farm to along with all the other things we have to offer.

The farm includes 6 quarter sections of land situated on a winding river, providing endless trails for riding through lush pastures, fields, hills and forests. We live in a small 4 bedroom house with a large saltwater aquarium – the only indoor pets!

Outside, lives a border collie and a cat. We have about 30 commercial cows made up mainly of Speckle Park. At the moment, there are 21 horses, both mares and geldings, on the farm. There is no breeding program, so, no stallions. The horses are a variety of breeds, some quarter horse cross, percheron cross, morgan, and some just plain old nags! All the animals are very friendly and get along well. We ride western, but do own an English saddle…which doesn't see much action.

There is a small outdoor arena and round pen used mostly for trail riding preparation.

Here is a you tube link that shows some of what you can look forward to if you stay with us.
