Ever wanted to live in the mountains for a while? I mean really in the mountains: one hour above the valley, embraced by the vertical beauties of alpine north faces, waked up by the earliest mountaineers, with just enough power supply to charge phone batteries, with evenings of flaming mountains above, century old hospitality of a mountain hut - and with people always happy to volunteer a hint or two about where to look to experience even more of the fantastic alpine surroundings?
If you did, volunteering in a mountain hut in Kamnik-Savinja Alps could be the right thing. We would be happy to welcome volunteers to help us with daily cores of a working mountain hut in exchange for hospitality - accomodation in the hut, shared meals and shared work (30 hours/week). Prefered duration one week (could be longer, if both sides are willing), we could find work for 1 - 2 volunteers at a time from July to September. Glad to provide you with further details, when you'll contact us.
