We are a small, friendly, popular seaside hotel in the village of Cromarty and we are personally run by a local farmer's daughter. We have 8 bedrooms, a lively public bar & a busy restaurant where we serve delicious home-cooked meals made from seasonal local produce. We have a loyal client base - from both our local area & those from further afield. Many of our guests return time and time again.

We are looking for helpers to stay with us, generally over the summer months - duties would include waitressing, bar work, house-keeping and some general office admin. Experience in waitressing & bar work is preferable. In return for accommodation (your own room & bathroom), a generous food allowance (meals will be provided by our chefs), laundry facilities & free wifi, we would expect around 25 hours work/week, to include some evenings & weekends. Extra hours may be available for which the helper would be paid.

We are willing to be flexible regarding the duration of your stay but a minimum of 2-3 weeks would generally be required.
