I am a textile artist specialising in natural dyes from Australian plants. I have a colour garden. I specialise in growing indigo plants and other colour giving plants and vegetables.
We are located in the Perth Hills on a beautiful property over looking the Wungong Dam and Valley. We live in a stone and wooden home that has been constructed from recycled materials. We only use rain water tanks and run an eco friendly textile studio.

We need help with the colour and vegetable garden and general property maintenance. Gardening mainly and cleaning up property. Light building and painting work to finish an extra room for visitors. Happy to be flexible with work hours.

You will have your own bedroom and share bathroom. You will have use of the studio kitchen, lounge room with T.V. and free wi-fi. Food will be provided to make your own breakfast and lunch. Dinner is provided 3 days and a budget provided for 4 days to make your own meals in your own kitchen.
We have had many happy young people staying here who we are still in contact with. We're a friendly family and love learning about other cultures and sharing our beautiful property in the hills of Perth.

The closest transport is Armadale Train Station. We don't allow drinking, smoking or drug taking.
