Looking for helpers from July 20th! Especially need help during August.

Based on the edge of dartmoor national park, we're a bus ride from Exeter. Our village has a pub and a small shop (in the pub) within walking distance of the farm.

Although we're not certified organic we farm by the same principles. We grow veg/fruit/flowers and raise pork. We keep goats and ducks because we love to have them around and use eggs/make cheese etc.

We're a group of 4 adults (and two toddlers) in our mid 30's who live and work together.

We're looking for help from May - September time. The work is predominantly needed on the veg field, weeding, planting, harvesting, eating surplus, but there's always plenty to do on the farm too! We run a small campsite in August so if you come during that time we'd also need help sprucing bell tents and what not.

We'd expect 6 hours of work per day for 5 days a week. Food is provided and there would be occasional meals together, but predominantly food would be DIY.

Accommodation is very basic, 2 small touring caravans with small kitchen set up and compost loos and a wash wagon during our camping season (August)and use of the house bathroom otherwise. It's also possible to camp if that's your sort of thing.

Afraid there's no wifi in the caravans (yet!) but you are welcome to use the wifi at our house at an agreed time of the day.
Any questions please get in touch.
