PRIVATE ROOM in RESIDENTIAL HOME in Westown New Plymouth 5 minutes drive from CBD. 5min walk to bus stops for 2 different regular cheap bus routes on weekdays to and from city CBD which is only 5km away. And limited service in weekend as well.

BUS SERVICE FROM CBD.... take Hurdon or Whalers Gate bus service from main bus stop on Ariki St in CBD (near library). Get off Either Wallath Rd or Oranga Street, depending on which service you are on. Walk from Hurdon bus Wallath Rd is easier but a minute longer walk.

Private Room with Kingsize bed electric blanket in winter and unlimited fast free fibre WiFi.
Ideas of places to go things to see. Local knowledge and a good host to hit the night life for some quality beer, wine and company.

JOBS AVAILABLE Cooking gardening cleaning and a building job and a plumbing job.
I'm a man of multiple skills. Lover of life music action environment and lots of recreational activities. Like to know all about what you like to share, where you've been, what you've seen and learnt, and what you want to do next. Like to share my interests too, to those that are interested.

Keep left. Wear your seatbelt.
And above all indicate your intentions 3 seconds before the first of commencing or slowing down to commence your turn.
Don't eat yellow snow.
Life's too short for bad coffee, crap wine and commercial beer.
Eat your greens.
Don't snore.
Remember to wake up in the morning.
Smile and be happy you're not in Auckland

Definitely no smokers, and yes, that, also means people that have been smoking in the weeks prior to arrival. No kids and no pets. Be prepared to take care of meals and maybe a little help in exchange for your low cost lodgings.
Must be clean and hygienic. I've stayed in plenty of backpackers where creatures are scared of soap and water. Yuk! Be happy!
And as I said before "BE HAPPY"

1. your room
2. the lounge
3. the mountain of which the one under the flag is taken from my home
4. the garden under construction
5. Rural view from lounge, lemon tree and gardens
6. a little of me and my activities
