Set in one and a half acres of gardens overlooking the Moray Firth, with a private path that leads down to the promenade and sandy beaches, the Invernairne is perfectly situated as a base while visiting the Highlands of Scotland.

In 1879 the locally famous Doctor Grigor chose this prime site on the West side of Nairn to build his Italian-inspired villa and now the current owners Ryan and Camilla look forward to welcoming you on your visit to the Highlands.

Whether you seek sea views and sandy beaches, dolphins and historic castles, or golf and whisky distilleries, choose the The Invernairne for your perfect trip to the Highlands of Scotland.

We are a fun-loving B&B both Ryan and I have traveled all over the world and we can help you plan for future travels from Everest to The Caminos. We have a 3 year old son Maximus who runs around organising keys and driving the lawn mower!

We require a minimum stay of one month.

We require you to help for 5 hours a day with 2 days off which can be together. If we require extra work we will pay you directly.

We would ideally like a couple to come and work with us at the hotel. Ideally one person to work in the kitchen and one to help with some building work. The hotel has incredible sea views and is on the beach.

Free WiFi, laundry, help with English Language (in return for lessons in yours) I need people to apply only if they are available for at least one month, are mature, responsible, flexible, reliable, full of integrity, with no criminal record, speak good English, are non smokers or drug and alcohol users.

This arrangement might suit someone from the EU who is looking to relocate to the UK, and any other nationalities holidaying in the UK with valid documents, visas, etc. and as per UK Immigration rules.

The hotel is in the Scottish highlands, run by Scots and offers a genuine Scottish Island experience! Including morning swims and beach runs if you enjoy fitness.

Although English is the main language spoken, our multi national/ cultural guests provide helpers with a great opportunity to improve and develop their language skills and learn about the cultures of other nations.

We prefer our helpers to commit to a summer season as this allows us time to really get to know each other and learn about the other's way of life.

Camilla blogged around the world including traveling with Paulo Coehlo the author of the Alchemist she has also climbed Everest if you are interested in Mountaineering. Her blog can been seen here:

Ryan has been working in construction for years and is a keen property developer skills learned while helping him could be used for the rest of your life.

Ryan and Camilla also own 2 wind turbines and are very renewable energy minded if you are interested in making a difference they would help you with renewables background.

We live very close to The Findhorn foundation which many people enjoy their daily meditation sessions on days off.
