Small one acre smallhold, in development. In the woods but next door to fields are used by farmers. Lots of wildlife and currently looking to build fences so my sheep can be brought here.
Woodfired stoves, bathoven, solar showers and we do have wifi.
House needs small repairs but is perfectly liveable, grounds need some TLC. An indoor- and outdoorcompost toilet, plenty of fresh air.
Warm water provided by the woodfired bathoven or in the garden for the solar shower. Functioning kitchen with great oven for fresh baked bread and meals. Looking to build a brick-and-cob breadoven outside.
We have a German Shepherd dog which means some shedding of doghairs :)
I speak German, Dutch, English. Always interested in yarn crafts, knitting, crochet, weaving and spinning and I can teach you those. The goal is to get this smallhold up and running as it would have been 100 years ago.
Non smoker, cheerful and taking life as it comes.
I've recently founded a company that makes soap, cream, scrubs, beardoils and other cosmetics on natural basis.
It's a quiet area and not known for its wild disco and nightlife :) but rich in nature and archeology.
Bicycles available and from Seehausen buses go to Wittenberge and Salzwedel.
