We run a working sheep and beef farm with a busy farm stay who are looking for a couple or a single person or two friends with initiative, willing to try new experiences to help us during our busy summer months on the farmstay and farm.
Our farm is 17km from Kaikoura which is a stunning beachside town.
We are a family with three teenage children and a lot of gorgeous farm pets.
We would provide accommodation in a stunning shepherds hut about 800 metres from the main house, solar powered ,off grid with wifi available at the house in exchange for help gardening changing beds and tidying our accommodation and helping on farm.We would be looking at about 3 to 4 hours work per day. We would like our helpers to be able to stay for at least two weeks and would prefer if you phone us so we can talk to you about the farm and see if we are all going to fit in well with each other first.
This is a wonderful opportunity for anyone keen to experience living and working on a true kiwi sheep and beef farm in a stunning area close to a town offering plenty to do and see.On farm there are lots of walking tracks to explore if you enjoy tramping. Looking forward to hearing from you!
