There is a nice old house in a fantastic area in the southwest of France, that needs a lot renovation now through the summer. If you can help by doing a bit of interior work, cleanup or renovation please contact us. The house is in a medieval fortified village, Puycelci, with a very large forest nearby -great for walking and exploring. The village is on the internet if you want to have a look. The house is near the tower.
We offer your own room with food in exchange for 4.5 hours of work per day, 5 days a week. We prefer two people that can work well together. We ask for at least 2 weeks -please no children and no dogs -the house is not set up for them.
Also close by is the great wine region of Gaillac, the interesting city of Albi with the famous Toulouse Lautrec museum, and several fortified hilltop villages from the Middle Ages. You can easily arrive at Puycelci by auto or by train to Gaillac where we can come to meet you.
We speak French, Italian and English.
Please write us if you have any questions or are interested to come.
We will be very happy to meet you.
Jim and Catherine
