Please note - We are not currently taking on volunteers.

A large old property in need of repair with a large garden in need of care. The work is varied - hedgetrimming, mowing lawns, weeding the vegetable patch, clearing undergrowth from the wooded area. Also exterior and interior sanding and painting. We try to work outside in good weather and save indoor jobs for poor weather unless they are urgent.
We rent out 2 rooms and a caravan on Airbnb during the main tourist season so there is the possibility of some housekeeping tasks between May-September.
We ask for 20 hours of work a week in exchange for food and accommodation. Outside of the agreed hours you are free to explore the area. We do ask, however, that you do not bring additional guests back to the house.
We are a 10 minute walk from a large beach and 100 metres from the Hayle Estuary.

You will have your own room with wifi. If you come as a couple, you will share a room. You will also share a bathroom with a maximum of 2 others. Outside of the main tourist season, you will often have this to yoursel-f(-ves).

Thanks for your interest.
