About us

We are a yoga and wellness retreat located in Wentworth Falls, in the beautiful Blue Mountains only 1˝ hour’s drive from Sydney. Our retreats are for everyone, from complete beginners to advanced yogis. Retreats start every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and last for 3 days / 2 nights. Even though our retreats are short, most retreaters will describe their experience as life-changing!


About volunteering

As training takes a lot of time and as most of our volunteers always end up extending their stay, the minimum stay is now six weeks (longer stays are possible). During your stay, you will contribute to giving retreaters an unforgettable experience (see duties below).

We ask that you work approximately 25 hours per week but note that this may change according to our retreat schedule. We do guarantee you plenty of free time and a day off each week :)


Your duties

Assist chef in cooking delicious vegetarian meals - and wash-up dishes after :)
Prepare the guest rooms before each retreat (making beds, cleaning bathrooms, etc.) - the whole team is on the deck for housekeeping!

In exchange, you will

Stay at our eclectic house that has all that you need: common area, musical instruments, a pool, kitchen, etc. Rooms are big and you will be sharing with other volunteers - max 3 per room
Eat delicious food - tasty, vegetarian and healthy, our food is one of the reasons why our retreats are so successful!
Take part in a one-of-a-kind retreat as if you were an actual guest, Including opening and closing circles, yoga, mindfulness and drumming!
Enjoy daily yoga practice - vinyasa, yin, nidra, dynamic, slow flow… we cater for all levels and moods
Meet incredible like minded people
Spark your creativity, explore the stunning Blue Mountains and do anything that feels good for you during your spare time

Are you the right fit?

It doesn’t matter how old or young you are, as long as you have energy, a positive mindset, and are willing to lend a hand in any of the tasks! Ideally, you will have an interest in or a practice of yoga, meditation or drumming circles but this is not necessary. We can’t wait to hear from you :)
