Hiya, we are a family with teens, we love to travel, to learn new languages, to exchange life experiences and to connect.
Expect to walk into a family and be part of it. We take care of each other.
... read on ...
Only nonsmokers are sutable.
We have ALERGY TO PERFUME in the family!
We need some help around the house, garden and the art studio. We love exchanging ideas in cuisines and healthy eating. Very happy to share too, however we don't provide regular meals, you need to buy your own. Garden is very small but needs attention. Leaves to sweep and tidy outdoors. General house cleaning in the house and art studio. Vaccuming, mopping, baths, kitchen area and fridge cleaning. Organising stuff. No more than couple of hours a day, no set times. The work doesn't have to be strictly done daily it could be put more time in one day and have the next free.. wifi available. We can offer also free Art classes and Folk Dance classes during your stay. Always happy to help you with learning English. It would be wonderful if you could spend a little time teaching us your language and teach our daughter 13 to play an instrument. Play a board game and just chill. A new language is always a treasure. A new song helps us see the world as a better place. We love art, music, photography, filming, dancing, singing, cooking and entertaining among so many other things like learning languages, new cultures, making friends, connecting etc. Other than us humans at the property currently reside one little dog- Archy, a cat- Remi who is new to the family and two chickens.
Length of stay: A week .... or who knows :)

HOUSE RULES - NOT FOR FOOLS by Boriana Todorova
Wonderful people only allowed
The ones that make me happy and proud.
These rules are for those that live here
Short term, long term, mainly my kids, don't fear.
I had to write those rules because
it always appears harsh, to clench my jaws.
I do not wish to be the bad cop
But once upset it's hard to stop.
It is always just common courtesy
Some subjects are to be dealt wordlessly.
Please consider others!
Sincerely ... your friend, your host, your mother ...
Kitchen is most common space
Together time, the warmest place
Sharing coffee, dinners, good time
Those special moments, we must embrace.
I will ease you gently with a rhyme
Ready, steady ... but wait ... no need to race.
The work is to be shared among all of us
I promise, plenty of it, no need to rush.
Please clean and clear table after use
Or risk to meet a witch on broom let loose.
After cooking pots and stove must sparkle clean
Sink should be clean and fit for queen.
Nothing is ever to be left in the sink
It looks bad, whatever you think
That poor sink hates leftover food
Let's try and keep it in a reasonable mood.
Please eat at kitchen table or outdoor
Or risk to start a Third World War.
No cups or plates are to be left around
Especially in rooms ... they better not to be found.
If found some rubbish on the ground
please bin it, do your bit
Forever grateful to you. I must admit.
Once off the stool, store it neatly if you are able
As it's always high traffic around the table.
Dust pan and broom are always available
If you feel floor needs it. That wouldn't be so terrible.
We all walk, breath and live right here
Not just one person, if that was so it would be clear.
And please feel free to volunteer
Throw the trash, sweep the floor
Make all dust disappear.
Always welcome to ask for more
That can only bring smiles and gratitude
And that would sure make you the most popular dude.
Bath time should take you only five-ten minutes
We are economical and impose those limits.
Turn on the fan in bathroom and toilet please
And switch it off as you are about to leave.
Please clean and tidy after your shower
Leave the door open, switch off the power.
All towels must go outside to dry
Just do it please, don't ask me why.
All rooms must be aired everyday
Fresh air, good Feng Shui wherever you stay.
Please clean and leave in tidy condition
I don't need to take on another mission.
The lounge is to be tidied after sitting there
Remember the witch with the crazy hair?
You must admit, it's only fair ...
The front door must be closed all the time
Keep flies and mosquitoes out ... I don't always rhyme ...
but this is just fine.
Just because it is outside
Doesn't mean we don't take pride
Outdoor area must be kept neat
Looking clean and lovely, like retreat.
Rubbish bins are used by so many of us
We must pack them neatly, without a trace of fuss.
Our dog is lovely but sheds white hair
You must see the problem, it's unfair.
Archy is our most precious boy
Excellent toy to hug for joy.
But please don't stroke him in the house
Or walk away with hairy blouse.
Please don't ever feed the dog
Or be assigned to clean the bog.
He will learn that people give him food
Demand it, beg for it and just be rude.
That's bad manners and it's not okay
There are certain rules you must obey.
Quiet time Please, after 10pm
We owe it to us, we owe it to them.
Again ... Please always consider others!
Sincerely... your friend, your host, your mother.
Your help is always most appreciated
If you do this I promise you will make it.
Cos world is full of lazy people
I swear, laziness should not be legal.
If all of the above should get ignored
You must prepare for ... to cross my sword.
I will be doing all the work
Instead of painting my new artwork.
It will hardly make me feel good
So it seems ... in your own hands is my good mood.
Having done and dusted the expectation part
I can safely get back to my art.
However, I will have you know
Whoever you are
From very close or far
My friend, my child, my husband or my guest
My hospitality and love I will bestow
Upon you at any time, I shall do my best
To take great care of you
No matter what, no matter who.
I shall do all this because I choose
As those are my very simple views.
I live to love, inspire and amuse.
