Quick update- This week we are working on terracing a hill for planting crops. Its a fun project and the tractor means its not too hard of work. Want to help with that? We are also seeking people with carpenter/painting and garden skills. The housing is a private landyacht cabin with high speed internet, shower toilette, & private parking. If you would like to experience the wild NZ bush whilst learning how to trap Possums there is an opportunity here. Scott and I both speak spanish, though may be a bit rusty.

We are working on spring garden prep, pruning, gorse eradication for mushroom growing and sprucing up the yacht accommodation, enclosing the outside kitchen and laying an artistic paper floor in the house. -- working on establishing an organic self-sustaining food forest tiny farm. We will be putting together 2x 20ft yurts and an 18ft tipi in the future. We have raised bed gardens, orchard, ducks in the pond, chickens, 2 pregnant goat girls and 2 young dogs, a sacred grove and native bush and a babbling brook. A diverse and beautiful block just 5 minute drive from Sandy Bay which is a divine surf beach on the world famous Tutukaka coast. There is always something to do here and we could use some help and skills and knowledge with carpentry, painting, gardening, pruning and planting. We are rural and about a 35 minute drive from Whangarei.
