We have space for 2 people to start ASAP. To help with a busy weekends coming up and supporting the hostel.

Come and work with us in our beautiful hostel in the heart of traditional and rural Andalusia, in Los Corrales, Sevilla region. Enjoy a stay unlike any other; in your Andalusian home away from home!

We are looking to finish our summer season preparations in May; such as the painting and replacing some systems, and to give a focus on developing trips, activities and retreats. Highlighting the beautiful surroundings by creating maps of free fruits and veggies, street-art and the abundance of activities available in this region. We are looking for workaways who would like to give us some creative exposure on all social media channels.

We welcome all your inspiration and creative ideas!

Are you looking to help our guests and to create a great summer vibe? Then we want you!!

We will ask you to help us out with the daily tasks, such as cleaning and the upkeep of the space, media exposure through social media posts. Please keep in mind, that cleaning is a significant part of the experience, as every guest likes a clean room and bed to sleep in.

Being assertive in cleaning, and keeping up with the tidiness of the space should not be unusual to you. We ask you to look after the space - in the sense of atmosphere and cleanness. Hostel knowledge is a big plus but we are also open to anyone who likes to learn!

Most importantly, we look for responsible and outgoing people, who take ownership over the space/hostel. You like to interact spontaneously in a warm and welcoming manner with our guests! Do not mind upkeep of swimming pool, as well as cook your own and/or communal meals.

Workers with at least some DIY, musical, social or creative inspiration, as well as some digital skills to put us out there. You like to make music and are artistic in creating/holding a space, are a social user and an outgoing person. You feel comfortable to create an open and warm communal space, that is welcoming to every guest, no matter where they come from. We like to offer a homely experience. Guest services, cleanliness and friendly smile are our top priority. Ideally you speak fluently in English and preferably also some Spanish. All other languages are a big bonus.

A Shared Dorm Accommodation - where you will be sharing the space with co-workers and with guests if necessary. During high season and during the summer time we use this shared workaways room also for guests. We provide you of a small weekly food allowance of 10 Euro per person per week, for you to buy your own food at the market. We included a basic proportional breakfast, consisting out of cereal, toast, juice and milk, and, we offer tea, coffee and hot chocolate all day.

We ask you to work around the 2 to 4 hours a day, when busy on average 5 days a week, if necessary. And you have at least 2 days off. We also can ask you to cover for the manager(s) to provide some time off per week.

Consists out of reception and hosting tasks, cleaning and housekeeping as well as some basic administrative work. It comes mostly down to making sure you are around to answer the phone-calls and emails, deal with a check-in or two, and be responsible of the operations of all systems of the hostel. We do not expect you to work all day, nevertheless, we do expect you all to be self-motivated, energetic, outgoing, expressive and responsible persons. We aim to let everyone do the work what he or she likes most, frequently changing the type of work to avoid repetitiveness.

For summer season (which is not high season in Andaluz) we are looking for a Supervisor who likes to cover for the manager during his time off. Inquire with us for information about that, if you are interested in learning the trades of hostel keeping as a supervisor.

The team consists out of a constantly varying size, between the 1 to four workaways and up to two managers. Working together in making the hostel space even more homelike and welcoming to our guests.

We are all about the balance between calm and having fun in our very chilled atmosphere!

The hostel in a gorgeously rural area with all the upsides of being away from the city. When you would have your own transportation means, that would be great. If not, no worries, no hurries, there are heaps of amenities in our town Los Corrales.

We do want to make sure you are very comfortable with your stay in our quiet, rural and very traditional Spanish area. There are buses to the villages nearby, and the trains from there (Campillos, Osuna, Bobadilla or Antequera) can bring you to Malaga, Granada and Seville. When it fits the schedule, we can always have a look if we can pick you up from a nearby town. Be aware, this is a place where you need to be able to entertain yourselves!
