We welcome volunteers to join our International community where we are developing a permaculture and natural building project to compliment our existing clay and bamboo guest house/bungalows.

We are located on the outskirts of Pai Center approx 1.5km from the bus station and walking street, surrounded by rice paddies, banana trees and bamboo thickets with expansive mountain views and star filled skies.

Pai itself has a magical flowing energy set in a spectacular setting offering many natural attractions and things to do in your free time. Everything from hot springs, waterfalls and caves as well as yoga, meditation and alternative therapies. There is also an active music scene, outdoor parties and festivals with incredible music and a community atmosphere. We also host a variety of creative events, workshops and a weekly drum/fire circle.

We are practicing:
Permaculture, organic farming, Effective Microorganism (EM), sustainable and ecological building using local materials,
mud brick construction, manure & debris composting, skill sharing / workshops, creative expression, community and much more.

Help needed is varied and dependent on the season, activities vary depending on community members.

We are primarily looking for dedicated long-term volunteers who can stay a minimum of 2 to 4 weeks and settle into the rhythm of community life.

Ideally we prefer self motivated, mindful, creative people that bring inspiration & positive energy to share. Specific skills in construction, permaculture design systems or artists are greatly welcomed but an open mind and willingness to muck in and learn are just as valuable.

Volunteers are expected to help 4 hours a day in exchange for:
* A dormitory bed or a tent (including bedding) *
* Clean drinking water
* Hot showers
* Access to communal kitchen & hostel facilities
* WiFi
* Being part of a fabulous experience that you will never forget

(Couples preferring more privacy can negotiate a discount on private bungalow or hut in exchange for their help).

We look forward to hearing from you.
