I have an organic garden on a 20 hectare property in the state of Yucatan by the Gulf of Mexico near the beautiful fishing village of San Felipe. I don't charge any money for your stay. I have a degree in electrical engineering and I developed many ways to be self-sufficient. I cook solar-electric, with a rice cooker connected to 4 small solar panels and I also cook with a wood burning rocket stove. At "Hacienda Santa Maria" you can learn how to live in a civilized way on just 1 dollar a day. I will show you how to mostly live off the Sun and how I build a beautiful concrete block house for about the price of a car using my invention "Horsy". Learn how to control weeds without chemicals, naturally fertilize the irrigation water and make any crop use 5 times less water while also eliminating soil erosion using "Rock culture". I live without a fridge and eat fresh food instead. At "The University of Santa Maria" you can learn everything you need to know to prosper, even during a major economic downturn. The ranch is very remote and only for people who enjoy nature and who are passionate about a quiet, self-sufficient minimalistic lifestyle. "Hacienda Santa Maria" is gay friendly. Minimum stay is 3 days. Work is 3 hours a day. I mostly need help with permaculture. The rest of the day you can relax, take siestas, swim in the cenote or go to the coast. Saturdays and Sundays off. You can use the weekend to explore the nearby nature reserves with flamingoes and crocodiles, visit the Mayan ruins of Chichen Itza, Uxmal and Mayapan or go to the colorful colonial towns of Valladolid and Merida. I don't charge for your stay. You can bring and cook your own food or I can cook for you if you bring the grocery items from AKI supermarket in Tizimin that are shown on my last profile picture. For convenience you can also buy meals from me.

See you soon :-)

My minimalistic possessions are shown in profile picture 5. (1) Water filter (2) Start fire (3) Save wood and time (4) Rocket stove (5) Kitchen (6) Bowls (7) More nutrients (8) Solar cooking (9) Hygiene (10) Laundry with sun heated water (11) Sleeping (12) Transport
