Charity run teaching center/school for extremely poor children located one hour plus drive from Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

This is a registered charity and was setup by expats and run by Khmer staff and volunteers. We give support to the very poor or homeless Khmer people that have no land. Our prime objectives are health, education/vocational training and when necessary family aid, to keep the family living together with their children.

Please join us if you are looking for something rewarding to do whilst in Cambodia and would like to help us in the following areas. Assistance in Kindergarten, primary teaching assistance, safe water deliveries to the rural villages, swimming instructors, first aiders, gardeners, painters etc. We also like helpers to get involved with our English Club, where we practice English conversation, 3.30pm to 4.30pm Monday thru Thursday.

We provide other activities to give you a break from your volunteer work. Activities: free river cruise, free bicycle tour, and Khmer cooking class which is an add on. Bikes for hire at $1 when available.

Our Education is from "Kinder to Career"

At our teaching center, we have about 18 Windows PC computers/laptops, a projector and wifi. We need people with computer skills to help our teacher provide more computer training lessons for our students.

Please remember its not about us, its about them.

Find out more on our website and facebook page.

All proceeds from our activities, accommodation and restaurant go to the Charity.

In the province near our new school we have basic shared dorm room type accommodation for USD$15 per night per person includes transport, breakfast, Khmer lunch on school days and filtered water refills, bicycle tour and river cruise. Or enjoy a quality en-suite room for US$30 per night for 2 people, with TV, A/C, and wifi, includes same as above. A five day minimum stay is required for either style of accommodation.

Our vocational teaching centre is about 1.5 hour by minibus outside Phnom Penh. We pick up visitors and volunteers at 8am in central Phnom Penh as needed. You will experience some real rural Cambodia. Its popular with helpers to stay here weekdays and visit Phnom Penh on weekends but you can stay weekends if you like. Its preferable if volunteers come here on a Monday. No transport at weekends and school holidays.

Registered as an NGO in Cambodia and a charity in Australia, Germany and England and Wales No.1140909
