Hola a todos! Hello everyone!

My names Laura, Im originally from New Zealand. My husbands name is Imanol and his hometown is Esquel! We are living on the family farm, currently building our dream home.

We are looking for some outgoing people to help us construct our natural home. We are building with straw and clay and a local timber frame.

We need help at the moment with mixing straw and clay together then compacting it into the wall structure. Its not hard work, it just takes time and the more hands the merrier!

We ask for 5hours a day, 6 days a week of work in exchange for food and accommodation. We are off grid so there isn't very good internet signal and we don't have a fridge/freezer etc. We run our lights of solar panels. Which also means we only eat meat/fish every so often when we come from town. We eat a little of everything, (generally local ingredients) and are open to vegetarians etc.

How to get here:
We go to Esquel, Mondays and Wednesdays which is an hours drive away, so we can organise to pick you up then or there is a bus that leaves Esquel every morning at 8 and passes by our driveway or hitch hiking is generally easy.

In your spare time we have many horses for you to ride if you have the skills, lots places to hike and Los Alerces National park is close with some beautiful lakes to swim in.

We are interested in permaculture, anything to do with farming, we are white water raft guides, ski instructors and horse riding instructor. So very outdoorsy people.

Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
Saludos y buen viaje, safe travels!
