We are a familyrun farm on the south west coast of Norway. Living on the farm is me; Bodil, my three children and my parents. I am starting up a csa in 2015 so there are quite a bit of vegetables on the farm, some berries and some fruits. I grow food for the animals which this year is about 50 sheep, 20 pigs, a calf and a dog and chickens.

We have two rooms for volunteers which might be shared by two at a time. We like to invite open minded people wich enjoy working hard and are interested in small scale farming. We use little machinery in order to reduce impact on the environment.
The work on the farm varies from taking care of animals. Help grow vegetables. Keep our fields from overgrowing with weeds, fencing, painting, woodworking, gardenwork and more. We also want everybody to help out in the house as a familymember.
In order to make the stay worthwhile we ask for a minimum stay of 4 weeks but have experienced that even longer stays are even more rewarding for both sides.
Our area is peaceful, great for bikerides, walks along the shore, swim or just hang around. The mountains are only a few hours off.
