Our eco-lodge is located on a 40 acre organic Goji Berry Farm is nestled in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. We are 10 miles north of Taos and are surrounded by national forest. Taos Ski Valley and Red River only 20 miles away.

We need assistance to fertilize, water, weed and plant goji trees. This fall we will continue to harvest. We are also going to prune and stake goji trees, propagate cultivars and lay out a grid for the planting of another 1000 to 1500 cultivars to include a drip irrigation system. We have a partial grant to recreate an old pond for irrigation purposes and seed green cover crops (green manure). We are also landscaping the pond and Ali d the property., in addition, we are also building up our bee population again after the bees were hit by bees last spring. Eric had a large beekeeping business and taught beekeeping at the university of Hawaii.

We have three bunk houses with two bunk beds. We have 40 acres to camp on. There Is a bath house with two commodes and two showers. A laundry facility that can be used by helpers The helpers have their own kitchen, we buy the food, but they can cook on the weekends.

We start the dual with a hearty farm breakfast at 8am and eat a large meal at 1:30 PM. Afternoons and weekends are free. We provide room and board. Minimum stay is 2 weeks. We are great cooks and the vegetable mostly come from our garden. Pets are negotiable but there is absolutely no smoking inside.

There are plenty of hiking paths and fishing streams nearby. You will find horse trail rides throughout the San Cristobal Canyon. Taos is an historical artist town and there is a summer music festival, opportunity to go river rafting and ballooning, visiting art galleries, theaters and movies.
