* We have availabilty until 11 April ó we generally have helpers for a maximum stay of one week (ie 7 days) at a time. From end of April we expect to be able to offer longer stays (up to six weeks) in our Tiny House *

We live on a small farm just 10 minutes from the centre of Canberra, Australia's capital city. We are looking for a friendly young couple, or a single traveller, who can help us with jobs around our farm, house and garden.
We (Pat and Emma) have two boys (8 and 11) and have taken over the old family farm in recent years. While we have day jobs we are keen to make the most of our property, and we are looking to establish some more self-sufficient systems so all help is welcome!
Our house is heritage-listed and sprawling, with lovely gardens and verandahs, a tennis court and swimming pool. There's lots to do in Canberra, with bush walks, museums and galleries, great cycle network, cafes and restaurants, parks. Itís three hours from Sydney by road and two hours to the South Coast.

Accommodation is a private room in the main house, with a QS bed and a bathroom shared with the boys.

Likely jobs to include (at all times of the year): gardening; clearing out sheds; weed spraying; house cleaning; cooking; moving furniture and storage items; chopping and stacking wood, digging, painting and other assorted jobs.

In return for four hours of help each day we will provide accommodation, food, plus access to and from the city sights.

We would prefer people with good English language skills.

Thanks!
