Our Abercorn garden is situated in the very beautiful and mountainous Vermont border area of southern Quebec. We are passionate about organic gardening and over the last 15 years have created an inspired, healthy environment that combines a love of home-grown vegetables with over 80 varieties of perennials.

Our five-acre property includes a medieval-style vegetable garden, a treehouse, extensive perennial beds, and a one-acre pond that is great for swimming. We also have a couple of happy brown chickens that provide fresh eggs. Our helpers get to stay in the guest room on the second floor of the wood-working shop, which is accessed by a bridge from the main house.

We have several projects on the go, including making biochar and creating a trail in the woods We will need help with those projects as well as gardening from the end of April to the end of June. If you have never gardened or built anything but would like to learn we offer a great training program!

It's going to be a wonderful summer with good healthy food, lots of creative projects, and plenty of time for cycling, hiking, contemplation and swimming. Please contact us soon if you would like to be here for part of it.
