2 WEEK MINIMUM STAY [longer if you wish] and help 15-25 hours per week depending on experience/work available.
Workday starts at 7.30am to cater for changes in weather and to give you more free time per day.

I always appeciate volunteers who are willing to work, and to cook simple meals, do any housework & simple yard clean-up - we generaly work in morning - afternoons are yours. I allocate 1 hour a day to cooking and dishes, the rest is house or yard work, It can be boring sometimes but the work can be easily finished in 3 hours if you wish more time off.

In exchange for 15-25 hours help per week [3-5 hours per day] I provide, clean comfortable accommodation, a fairly decent kitchen [if you dont mind that all the new walls are not yet installed.

We ONLY SPEAK ENGLISH in living areas of house.

We have one room for boys and one for girls - not negotiable.

Internet available - LIMITED to contact family and friends.

FOOD COSTS - I PROVIDE BREAKFAST - OTHER FOOD COSTS ARE SHARED - we shop together, choose food YOU like and split the cost - food costs are $10-$20 per person per week, depending on what you choose, and we eat together

EXPERIENCED or SKILLED HELP ALSO APPRECIATED in the following :

- BUILDER/CARPENTER/PAINTER for maintenance of buildings on property

- LANDSCAPER / GARDENER - garden with succulents and Natives in rock based garden and fruit trees.

IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCED IN RENOVATING, LANDSCAPING, DIY AND CAN WORK WITHOUT SUPERIVISON, I PROVIDE FOR 25 HOURS PER WEEK..... FULL BOARD as well as financial compensation - depending on qualifications.

HAVE PLENTY OF ROOM FOR RV OR CAMPERVAN, or TENT to sleep under stars, IF YOU PREFER :)

My home is in a small quiet town 1.5 hours East of Melbourne. NO NIGHTCLUBS,

We boast a local family pub where you can get to know the locals, Cafe & Coffee, Post Office, Foodworks Supermarket, Op Shop, football & cricket clubs, skate board park, gun & fishing clubs, lawn bowls and Lake Narracan for swimming, speedboats, lots of bush walks of different difficulty 2+ km.

A reliable 2 hourly bus service to 3 larger towns with Shopping Centres, sports arenas, golf, soccer and other sports activities.

Day trips to Melbourne are possible as well as Walhalla, 90 Mile Beach, Phillip Island, Wilson's Promontory Mt Baw Baw and many more.

I am a grandma and enjoy D.I.Y., gardening, craft - knitting, crochet, art, reading, walking, talking, games exchanging ideas and the challenge of finding a different use for something before trashing it, permaculture, no dig gardening, no poisons. The property is not a palace, but clean and tidy. [AS TIDY AS RENOVATIONS in kitchen & Bathroom WILL ALLOW :) ]
