Last Updated: March 18, 2019

Hi, this is an update as of March 16, 2019.

The Ranch has finally grown enough to function as an ashram/retreat center/intentional community; and we will progress now through specific retreats and the month by month immersion program. I want to thank all the volunteers who have helped throughout the years - please come visit when you are in the area.
You can checkout programs and purchasing lots at Always learning, Brad

----If you are interested in learning about the tradition Mexican palapa roofs we are almost finished with ours, come and help us with the final stage and learn the beautiful technique!! ---

Welcome to our soon to be permaculture village.

My son and I (Ky) are currently building on some land just 30 minuets walk from Mazunte beach.

The land is in the jungle away from the hustle of the town.

Aim: our goal is to be as self sustainable as possible, grow our own food, humanure, living off the land and with the land ect

We require helpers to stay for a minimum of 3 weeks in order to learn properly the way we work. And for you to learn as much as you can!

Accomodation: currently in a tent (we have a 2 person tent) under the clear night sky full of stars.

Food: anything grown on the land is for us to eat, we split everything else and depending on how much or what you like you may need to buy other bits.

We like hard workers but we like to enjoy our time and relax so all we ask is 4 hours a day working with 2 days off a week.

Current project: building the community area. We are planning on having a community kitchen for people to use and an area people can relax in.

We also have an area next to the well with banana trees and lime trees but we would like to start planting more and need help nurturing the newbies.

Future projects: December this year work will start on building the homes of the residents who have bought land from us and wish to be part of the community.

Soon Brad will be teaching yoga and meditation in the community area. The plan later on is to create a yoga retreat.

If you are interested in learning about or doing any of the following:

Peddle power!
Alternative power sources
Eating tasty vegetarian food
Drinking tasty limeade
Eating home made extremely tasty cookies
Going to yoga classes
Swimming in the clear blue sea..

Then this is the place for you.
