Anyone with perma-culture exp/knowledge
& handy-person skills.Must not be afraid of dirty work.

We have an assortment of odd jobs, some are creative & others are repairs or general cleaning around this intriguing house, with some garden work etc.

At this stage the exchange would be 4 to 5 hrs p/day 5 days a week, for accommodation & basic breakfast. (often more cause we dumpster dive regularly :)

1 week to 10 day stays initially but that could be extended if agreed & you are flexible.(ie you may have to sleep in different area of house if extra guests, generally you are in a Shared room with other people, the times for work will vary, often less and not more than 5hrs in one day)

Work will vary depending on abilities and skills, but ranging from, gardening, building, painting, cooking, washing etc. Also some basic help acclimating other guests. Trade and handcrafts people very welcomed as we have a local Community Art Gallery to maintain & create opportunities for creative peoples local or traveling. You can see more of that on instagram: @artzenmajik

You will need to provide most of your own food & all your own toiletries.

NOTE-this is a sub-urban location, lots of trees & pockets of bush among the houses. Horses, streams, beaches and parks all close by. (within a 15 min walk) We additionally have Akl best Opp shops in Gleninnes. There is plenty of nature, with some sweet asssss walks I can show you & YET we are a also just 25 min bus ride to the city.

((((We do not not sign for work visas, sorry.))))

If interested please contact me, telling me as much about yourself as you care to share, listing any experiences or skills you feel will contribute to the over all improvement of this house.

Very keen for people who have had experience in helping establish Perma-culture Systems and would like to share these ideas and to encourage others.
Equally required is someone with good basic graphic design skills.

This is an urban site in a rather wealthy neighbourhood, "the streets are literally paved with gold" (ok not gold but tonnes of
up-cycle-able & re-purposable materials)

Feel free to ask questions I will do my best to answer them.

The goal to continue to move towards ZERO WASTE, perma-culture community house in Urban Auckland
