Looking for Helpers for 10 -14 day stay from the 6th of November 2019

Please read our reviews from helpers! We enjoy the cultural exchange and have made many wonderful friends over the years.

Our historic property ( 1912 ) operates a small blueberry farm in the beautiful Dandenong Ranges. Our blueberries were one of the first planted commercially in 1982.We are a small boutique blueberry farm. We have really enjoyed all our Helpers over the years.

Most work will be outside, helping with stuff that just needs to be done like cleaning cars' feeding alpaca and llama, gardening, mulching and wood splitting ( dont worry we have a machine ) etc. Help indoors really helps us get on with our work maybe general household chores on cold or wet days. There will be opportunities to walk our llamas.
If you like to cook, perhaps you might like to cook a meal or too.

In return for your help, we provide full board and lodging so all meals and accommodation. We hope you will enjoy your own cottage but will join us for meals. There is one queen sized bed. You will have most afternoons to explore the regions and we ensure you get days off too.

Must like being outdoors. You need to like being outside.

We are interested in your special skills, we would like to make the most of your visit and in turn we may learn some from you!

Non Smokers only Must speak good english.

Our farm is five minutes walk to the Village of Mt.Dandenong & Olinda & you will find WiFi,public transport. Lots of cafes, galleries & shops. Visit The National Rhododendron Gardens, William Ricketts Sanctuary( a must see), Puffing Billy Steam Trains, perhaps see a lyrebird!. The Yarra Valley is 35 minutes drive away.

We are one hours drive from Melbourne or Helpers can take the train ( 1 hour ) to Upper Ferntree Gully and we will collect you.

Helpers who enjoy the outdoors, mountain walks, beautiful parks and gardens will love Olinda
