We are located on the beautiful North Shore of Maui, HI. Lush jungle landscape, waterfalls and fresh water swimming holes surround our 13 acre property. Our mission is to continue cultivating a Biodynamic, Permaculture farm and sustainable piece of land where we can provide for tenants, guests, friends, families and surrounding community farm fresh produce, edible goods and an environment that promotes peace between neighbors and respect for the land we live on. We hope to expand our production using permaculture, aquaponics, airoponics, Biodynamic and ancient Native farming techniques. Above all else, we pledge quality over quantity and maintains the age old belief that honest work is the best work!

We are looking to provide a platform in which our volunteers can share in the tasks at hand, nurture big dreams for the future and become educated on the process of farming, harvesting and maintaining a large agricultural property. We will house our helpers in permanent tent structures with adequate protection from the local elements. Most food, bathroom facilities and some essentials will be provided as well. It is strongly recommended that each individual volunteer have some financial savings or outside funding for personal expenses and activities off property. Volunteers are expected to provide their own toiletries, special diet items and bedding. We are wanting a 2 month commitment from each volunteer based upon an initial 2 week trial period and working hours totaling 24 per week, per individual. Work descriptions vary based on the individuals skill set and strength. While we are open to teaching, we prefer the volunteer have some education/experience/skills with agriculture/farming. Job positions currently include (but not limited to) weeding and watering the multiple gardens and nurseries, planting new seeds, general property maintenance and clean up, misc. landscaping, organizing of equipment and storage areas, harvesting available fruit/produce, milking and feeding of the properties goats, feeding of the properties chickens and harvesting of eggs, general contracting labor and building of structures pertinent to the ongoing sustainability and functionality of the property.

If we can answer any questions, concerns, comments or general inquiry please feel free to contact us! If you are interested in becoming a part of our farm family we kindly ask for a simple letter of intent, resume, current photo and at least 2 references in regard to character and work ethic.

We look forward to sharing, learning, teaching, and growing with you! Aloha!
