We have a large number of rescued animals and birds and their daily care is vitally important, so a true animal lover is a must.. as well as animal care there is often weeding / field maintenance / painting required to improve our rescued horses and ponies lives .. we also have several large hen rescues coming up too, which are always very rewarding to attend and you will get the chance to travel all over the country ..
We need helpers who are GENUINE ANIMAL LOVERS, who have a great interest in animal welfare..and who will go the EXTRA distance for our rescued animals and birds, you Do Not have to, but we really appreciate helpers who will do extra on busier days, some days can be long and hard, as rescued animals don`t stick to a 9am to 3pm routine, but most days ALL chores are finished by 2/3pm !! And there is always something going on :)
Littlehill Animal Rescue and Sanctuary rescues animals and birds from a variety of deplorable situations and death. It takes at MOST 5/6 hours per day, some like to go more slowly so it takes a lot longer ! .. Pocket money available for Longer Stays for one person for this option..
####** or there is a `bed and breakfast only` option for three hours help per day ??, so you would be free from 12 noon and could go off out every day exploring, and this would be expected ! ####
