I can use horse trainers handy people snd laborers at all times.

I have a room that can accommodate up to 4 friends and two that can accommodate a couple or a single. I have rv spaces and tents OK in the spring.

I have horses number varies, 4 goats, chickens, 2 dogs, 2 barn cats. In the spring there will be kid goats puppies and maybe calves.

The farm is somewhat remote. I do suggest you have a vehicle.

Yes the house is a little dusty. If you are from the eastern united states or the Midwest or any place more humid, humidity eliminates a lot of dust. On the western plains of the united states its dusty. If you live in the country with no landscaping dust gets in to your house. Its a fact of life. Also if you have hard wood floors such as I do the dust sits on top requiring you to sweep everyday. If you have carpet it lies in wait underneath. Fortunately having lived in the eastern united states and the Midwest and being a person with allergies I can tell you they are much worse in those areas then out west with a little bit of dust.
