We need volunteers who can use a chainsaw and streamer. If you have these skills contact us ASAP!

We grow food all year long, raise some poultry, we have horses.
We have a veggie garden and we harvest wild food.

Permanent residents are DAVIDE: a musician (DAVIDE Salvado) and DANIEL, dancer and therapist.
Daniel also teaches yoga, you might have a chance to practice! Also music jam (bring your instruments!).
We live near the Camino de Santiago, there is an international community of pilgrims always visiting.
A Casa do Rio is a small organisation. We support organic farming, repopulating country areas and visibility for LGBTIQ people in rural life. A Casa do Rio is a beautiful camping area by the river.
You may be in charge of hosting campers.
Help needed with building and maintenance.
We run art, dance, agriculture, biobuilding and natural horsemanship workshops, markets and music events, as well as parties.

We provide food and accommodation. We`re asking for help with basic house and farm maintenance, gardening, taking care of animals, cleaning.

What we ask for is: be able to work unsupervised! Know volunteer comes from volo-, -tatis, something like "the will" to do something. Willing to help means also helping yourself.

Not great mobile reception, depending on mobile operator. Wifi available at the house

Beautiful walks and sightseeing.
Vegetarian and non veg food, local products! ou can learn about traditional culture.
