Traditional farmhouse and outbuildings with a mixture of grass and woodland. Large kitchen and flower cutting garden and orchard with cherries and apples.

The inside of the house has two guest bedrooms with double beds, one with an ensuite shower and toilet. The house is heated by wooburners with extra heating in the bedrooms.

Although we are not vegetarians or vegans we are happy to change our meals to accommodate any requirements. Glenys is a Coeliac and a very good cook and prepares meals from fresh and local ingedients. Our first language is english but we speak very basic french so would always welcome any help with learning more french.

We are 800 metres from our village and three kilometers from the nearest shop. We're an hour by car from the Spanish border and have great views of the Pyrénées. We don't have brilliant mobile phone reception but we do have very fast broadband.

We are both in our early sixties and whilst Glenys is reasonably fit I have a fair amount of metal holding my back and ankle together. This limits the amount of lifting and other heavy work I can do.

We are still working on the outside of the house and also on the land. We regularly cut back the woodland and brambles to keep them to the edge of the fields but leaving them untouched inside so the deer, pheasant and wild boar continue to make their home there. Help is needed with various garden projects and the vegetable plot.

We also have plans for some building projects for those who want to get experience of traditional building techniques.
