We are a NGO concentrating on marine conservation and village projects. We are looking for people willing to actively engage in our projects and be a part of a great environment.

The project is on a remote island away from the mainland at Sihanoukville. The price for one week of volunteering with is 295$ and includes the accommodation, food, drinking water and diving but not the arrival costs. You arrive by Speed ferry (cost US$20 return) and it takes about 45- 60 minutes. Tell the Speed ferry you want to get off at M'Pai Bei (pronounced Ma-pay bay). It is usually the second stop.

You will be in share accommodation in our volunteer house so we advise not to bring anything of great value. We recommend you bring repellent and sun-cream as their are limited shops on the island. A torch is a good idea for night even if we have 24 h power now. The water supply is very limited so the showers are one minute only once a day or alternatively bucket showers.

The ocean in the bay is great for snorkeling or swimming or just looking at the marine life. Once you are on the project you will be introduced to other staff and the locals. You will be presented with your daily/weekly schedule depending on how long you choose to stay. There will be activities like beach & village cleans where we get the whole community involved, helping to build things to make life easier in the village and including the coral frames for reef conservation, planting frames & coral in the bay (only if you are certified divers), Reef cleans (for certified divers) waste recycling projects and much more.

You can learn to dive with us and become a certified PADI diver at discounted rate while on the project. This project will be a once in a lifetime experience & you will take away many fantastic memories. Come and join us today.
