I am a single french guy who lived almost all my life in New York. At some point I felt that the corporate life was not for me (computer related jobs) and decided to turn my life around by moving to south of France.
Although I do miss New York and the USA, I enjoy the lay back way of life I have now.

I am very simple, down to earth and very independent in my thinking. I do not follow trends of any kind and do need to feel like I belong. Quite the opposite actually, so groups and crowds are not my cup of tea.
I have many interests but none are extreme passions: animals, theater, performing arts, organic food, yoga, working out, meditation politics, movies, traveling, music ,jazz ,hiking anthropology, astronomy, history, philosophy, science, sociology, road trips, mountains, nature tv series, countryside, massage, cosmology, naturism, biking, jogging, old movies,...
Love Terrence McKenna, Eckhart Tolle.

I dont run a business or farm; So dont expect to be busy with work. Simple help with cooking and household chores is all I need in exchange for room and board. Maybe you are looking for a break in your life, relocating, expatriating, in between projects, or just vacationing; The important thing is for me to help out people, therefore work in exchange for hosting is not the focus; For some reasons this type of exchange sounds a bit like slavery to me, (specially for businesses who get very cheap labor that way by taking advantage of needy travelers) Short or longer term position if we get along.

You will have a mountain bike to move around (beach, mountains and countryside nearby)

Beziers is supposed to be the oldest town in France and claims itself to be the world capital of wine! Whether its true or not, not sure. The region is also the most popular destination for European tourists in the summertime thanks to its beaches, climate, national parks, not to mention the famous Cap d'Agde area. Lots of jobs can be found in the tourism industry (during the high season) and wineyards (september-october)

I am also on couchsurfing for mostly short stay hosting. Dont hesitate to ask for my profile. LGBT friendly.
