The project is an experimentation and training center of permaculture that promotes a sustainable way of live through activities and eco-tourism and are looking to share with enthusiastic, independent and flexible people with similar interests.

Cecile, with the help of all the persons that comes to participate in this project, takes care of the land (previously abandoned for 30 years) of olive, almonds, carobs and fig trees from spring 2015. For the moment we have 2 cats, 2 female dogs, 8 chickens and a box of bees. We plan for 2018 or 2019 to host sheeps and donkeys. We are planting trees and new gardens, a food forest and restauring and building the necessary infrastructure for the project, depending on season and habilities.
There is the main house, with my room and the office, an other bedroom, the kitchen, a future bathroom and an activity room, all off-grid, provided by solar panel, a water canal and rain water. There is also an other small house/bed room for until 4 persons at 100m of the main house and a caravan for 3 persons next to the house. There is a pool with fishes, frogs and some floating plants.
Minimum stay is 2 weeks, renewable if everybody is happy.

The long land follow a wild torrent, mostly dry, that serves of biological corridor between the two Natural Parks of Terres de l'Ebre (Ebro Delta and Els Ports). The land is quite isolated, 3km from a village and 10km from Tortosa, the closest city. It is crossed by a canal with water from Tosca's springs and by the dry Xerta-Senia canal, in which you can connect by bike with the Green Way of the Val de Zafan. There's also climbing routes and a via ferrata at a few kilometers.
