Robert and Maura's home farm is a traditional run Irish farm, with a sucker herd of cattle with calving in the spring time. We are a complete grass farm of about 130 acres. We also breed and produce horses and like to compete in the local shows in the summer months.
We have lots of dogs around the farm with us and do a little dog training. There is a large garden & poly tunnel to grow our fruit and vegetables in order to try to be self-sufficient, organic and to have yummy home cooked meals.
We encourage nature/wildlife growth around our place. Duties: day to day running of our home farm and the jobs are varied and interesting from farm maintenance to caring for the animals, & tending to the garden and poly tunnel. Anyone who likes the outdoors and has a love for animals will have great and memorable experiences here. We have many different projects to work on e.g. a barn conversion. We welcome one or two people at a time to our home to share our way of life. We have lots of fun on the farm and have some beautiful beaches & scenery very close by, nearest town has lots of culture and heritage landmarks to be seen.
There is wi-fi available in the house.
We are located about 1 hour and 50 minutes from Dublin Airport by Bus which run hourly. Time tables attached for two different bus companies:

There is also a train service from Dublin to Enniscorthy with further details here : http://www.irishrail.ie/media/08_dublin-rosslare.pdf
Accommodation is in our house in a newly painted and decorated bedroom.
Spring/ Summer months are a lovely time to be on the farm, as lots of new births and we look forward to meeting others from all parts of the world.
