Our organic farm is a meeting place and a homestay for tourists, close to the Tiveden National park, where everything we grow, eat, build - how we live - is done with care for and gratitude towards Mother Earth.

We have cows and sheep grazing the fields and forest and we have hens that provide us with eggs. We are inspired by the principles of permaculture and have established a forest garden, which now is starting to produce berries, herbs, fruit etc.

We want to be self-sufficient on the farm, meaning that this year we will grow even more vegetables, herbs, fruit, berries and nuts. We are expanding the forest garden and we have just put up a 90 sqm big green house.

We have bees and we have just recently started to manage them according to natural bee-keeping principles.

We run courses and retreats on themes related to sustainability and nature and this area of operations is very much linked to everything we do on the farm. To be able to support ourselves we also offer accommodation for tourists during the summer season.

Right now it's only Anders & Martha who live on the farm, but sometimes we have help from friends or family.

We are really looking forward to get help from you.

In spring a lot of focus will be on growing and working with the kitchen garden and the new green house. The forest garden needs quite a lot of covering of bare soil, weeding and we are also planning for expansion.

The lambs will come in April and they need some extra care the first month and also when grazing period starts in May the cows and sheep have to be moved quite often between different fields.

As a volunteer helper on our farm you will have your own room and share other facilities, like kitchen, showers, dry toilets, laundry room with other volunteer helpers and guests staying on the farm.

We want you to help for 5 days/week 4-5 hours a day. Some meals we will eat together and some you will cook yourself.

We want our place to be a meeting place for many and we believe that having volunteer helpers on the farm creates a very positive and inspiring atmosphere. Mixed experiences and cultures bring a lot of added value to what we want to create.

We have some years practical experience from organic farming and earlier we had a contract with a biodynamic organization in Sweden.
