My home consists of four shared rooms, two of the with two bunkbeds each (4 beds in each room), the third room has two small beds, and the fourth one has three beds and a bathroom. Threres one extra bathroom. One big living room with a nice comfy couch, and dinning table. A fully equipped kitchen. A front porch. A back porch with gym equipment, a hammock, and three tables. Thereís also multiple parking spaces. You will have access to the laundry of course.
And what I will offer you is your own bed in whichever room you choose.
I have certain rules in my house, that each of my guests agrees before booking an accommodation in my house.
You will also have to agree and follow these rules at all times.
Most of the rules are common rules like;
-being respectful with each other
-no smoking inside the house
-no heavy drinking
-no parties, no events
-no loud music
-lights go off at midnight
-cleaning the dishes after yourself
-no eating other guests food
In another note, I have lockers, and security cameras around the common areas, all for security purposes.
I'm looking for a couple, or a girl.
The Benefits of working in a Hostel
1- You meet people from around the world. I welcome guests from every corner of the world, and most of the time ended up making lots of good friendships.
2- You can travel vicariously through the guests, by interacting with people who inspire you to travel, and follow your dreams.
3- Accomodation is FREE! You will share a room with the guests, you will also get free WiFi and you will have at hand everything that you will need to take care of the house.
4-You can practice any language, by working with so many internationals you can have the opportunity to practice any language. Specially spanish since almost everyone speaks Spanish in South Florida, or perfectionate your english.
5-You can get to know the city. South Florida is not just Miami, and Miami is just not South Beach, there are tones of cultural events, natural parks and lots of different beaches that you can explore in many ways during your free time.
6-Thereís always something to do. I have a great amount of exercise stuff that you can use whenever, from a punishing bag, to gymnastic rims, weights and dumbbell. Also thereís a nice hammock in the back. You can always spend time gardening if you like to do that. Or helping people.
7-Learning opportunities and cultural exchange. I sometime tell my friends that Iím doing a social cultural experiment. People teach you about their culture, and themselves, while living with you during the time they share with you.
8-Exposure to new demographics and personality types. Sociology class 101? exposing yourself to easy going, difficult, different, foreign, black, pink, green, and anything and everything.
9-Networking Opportunities. You will end up meeting people that can help you with your future travels, future business endeavors, or who knows maybe an invitation to their homeland. :)
