I don't speak good English, so please write in French.
I am a father of 4 grown kids who now live their lives. I am working full time as a History and Geography teacher for kids between 11-16 y.o. I love to meet people, talk about history. I am from Brittany and I am very attached to my region traditions, music and culture.
I am getting older now and the house is big, with a garden. I need some help to take care of the garden, like cutting trees, planting, watering...
Inside the house, I'd like to do some works in a bathroom and other rooms, some cleaning and decluttering. I don't speak English very well (my daughter wrote that for me), so I'd prefer to host people who are able to speak French or willing to learn.
The house is in Le Havre, a city who is located near the sea and is well-known for its 50' architecture. You can enjoy the beach in summer and the nature outside of Le Havre. The house is in a neighborhood with shops, restaurants and cafes and easy access to the city center or beach by bus or bike.
Other attractions in Normandy are Honfleur (30min), Etretat (40min) and D-Day beaches (from 1h)...
Le Havre is 2 hours from Paris by train or car.
Hope to meet you soon. Jean-Pierre.

The pictures are showing the garden, which looks like a jungle now! You also can see the dining room, your bedroom and your bathroom. Both of the last ones are the one I'd like to improve.
Look forward to meeting you!
