Hello beautiful people :) My name is Nick. I am 27 years old and was born and raised here in the southern White Mountains of New Hampshire. I like to take part in extreme sports, flow arts, and all kinds of adventures in my free time. I can't learn enough about self improvement, holistic health, and how we can bring joy and health to others by doing things that are in harmony with nature. Also, I just love Chaga.

About 5 years ago after I realized I was living in a programmed society, and after I realized just how sad the earth is right now everything became a question of what can I do to make the world the place I want to see. I started to notice that the world had been putting things in place for me before I was born. Coincidences would shove themselves in my face to confirm that my urge to change the world was not just a feeling but part of my purpose. The most important piece to my dream was was the space that this would all take place.

Forty years ago my father purchased an incredibly magical, quiet, 300 acre farmhouse in Sandwich N.H. Where the mountainous forest meets the meadow. The land is bordered by a conservation and White Mountain National Forest. It is a place that truly takes your breath away and then gives it back, humbleness. I am extremely grateful that this diamond of the world is to be the canvass for the beautiful future we wish to dream up.

Two years I moved back home with my parents and I started a small 7 site campground where people can seclude themselves into nature and really enjoy this beautiful place. Visitors immediately fall in love with the whimsical land and become quick friends rather than guests. We have just finished a sauna and are about to get the first tiny house fished this winter. Zack is a friend living here that will be starting a full organic veggie garden in spring 2020. This spring is going to be a good one :) we will have tons going on and hope to get as many work awayers here as we comfortably can.

The house is a 200 year old farm house. My amazing mother lives in one section while myself and 3 amazing roommates Tyler, Zack and his girlfriend Tristan live in the other. My mother stays very busy in her gardens and is big on taking political and local action. Tyler is the handyman cook friendliest dude in the world, Tristan is a snowboard instructor and gardener, Zack is the knowledgeable guy busy in the fields, and ill be your tour guide :) The house is also shared with 2 well behaved dogs and 2 cats. One of the cats meows at you but it's only slightly annoying possibly cute depending on how much you like cats. If you prefer to stay in a tent there is a gazillion magical spots you can make your own home or if you have a van or camper we also have a lot of spots to park that too.

I would really love to find a motivated marketing/accountant type help start our online presence and help with the more logistical stuff to start establishing an intentional community/educational system and put on fundraisers. I really have no idea what exactly it is that needs to happen in this area. I just know the right people will show up at the right time so we can help each other figure it out. Other work includes lots of gardening, cob oven build, trail cutting, campsite building, housekeeping, cooking, wood splitting, stone work, the list is endless really haha. But if you have a particular skill let us know! We don't work much around here we just have super productive fun. schedules are pretty dang flexible. We go with the flow around here.

My dream is to blow people away with an enchanting example of how amazing conscious living can be and to make sustainable living look enticing. I want this to be a place where people can come to stay for short or extended periods of time to learn and expand themselves while contributing to a common unity. Help us build a nature based education center for children that would give parents the time to work on themselves and others while knowing their children are playing in nature. One of the next major goals i'd like to accomplish is to build the eco community building for hosting workshop classes and retreats of all kinds. A commercial kitchen would make it possible to cook and sell food and healthy drinks, possibly to start a farm and forest deli or somethin! There is an airstream here that I would like to convert into a food truck as well for people to enjoy a snack while they get their veggies at the farmstand. Scattered in the woods will be off grid eco friendly housing made of cob, hempcrete, haybail, and Earthship like construction for people to stay in. The dream is big its not my own It's a collective dream, where they all come together and we can celebrate.

Can't wait for the universe to connect us!

-Nick
