Aloha HelpXers!

We are currently accepting work exchange volunteers for this SPRING AND SUMMER 2020!

Minimum farm stay is at least 1 month, preferably 2 months. Longer if mutually desired.

We are a 6-acre Organic Farm located near the famous North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii. The farm was started in 2005 and has both a commercial/business side (food production, some value added products and farm-to-table dinners) and also a non-profit/educational side (building the movement of organic and sustainable farm communities here and abroad).

We provide opportunities to live and work here for those interested in organic farming as well as those with other skills, including cleaning, landscaping, mechanical, construction, etc.

We normally have between 3-6 other helpers living here at any time, and have been built a clearly structured program for our workers over the last 10 years (and have hosted nearly 400 workers during these last 10 years!)

For general farm help, we require approximately 37 hours of work a week (Tuesday through Saturday) and will provide comfortable accommodations in a roomy (4 person) tent with a mattress, on a platform, under a canopy. Food for all your meals will be provided. We eat very well and have a weekly schedule where 5 breakfast's and 3 dinners are cooked as part of the work week schedule.

For those with more advanced professional experience, an alternative agreement relating to the exchange is possible.

We are located near public transportation, have wifi and you would also have access to bikes on the farm. Feel free to email me for more information.

Thank you for your interest!
