We are a Chilean/Australian husband and wife team with 6 tourist cabins near volcano Lonquimay and ski field Corralco. We are close to several national parks. Our cabins are located on 7 hectares and we have another 120 hectares in the mountains which is our conservation property adjacent to Conguillio National Park . We have been in business since 2015. There are constant maintenance jobs such as painting rooves, landscaping, carpentry/building details in the shed where we are living, control the weeds (manually), weeding /repairing veggie garden. Cleaning cabins is usually on the cards during February and July-October. Tending to the goats and chickens are daily chores. we have a small, neglected vegetable garden. * English: We are a young couple from Chile and Germany. The diet on our farm is mixed, with 3 meals a day. On the farm there is no electricity but we have a small solar charger for mobile phones and only in certain spots mobile network available. As we are well travelled and open minded, we expect our visitors to be the same. Our aim is to build a farm according to Permaculture principles. We have established a small vegetable garden for home consumption and have a small flock of chicken as well as five honey bee hives. We also have 2 cats. Our team is an average of 5 passionate young people that are compelled every day to get their hands in the soil to show the power of regenerative farm. By farming and emphasizing the soil, we are able to harvest crops with an incomparable flavor, nutrition and freshness. Our farm has a greenhouse, nursery, well, water retention, and washing stations. We have comfortable places to live on our campo with a newly built kitchen, living room, camping sites, hammocks, hot showers, and compost toilets. Regeneration has never been so delicious! We believe that farming should be enjoyable so we cultivate a very tight knit community and plenty of bonfires!
