Our next available blocks is 21 June-2 July: this will include cleaning the house and birthday preparations for our girl turning 5 :-) Will be fun :-)

Our preference would be for 2 friends traveling together.

*****

We are a lovely little family of 4, including our 2 daughters of 6.5 and almost 5yr old and a young enthusiastic puppy :-)

As life is always busy and we have an empty sleepout, we would love to offer accommodation in exchange for help in and around the house. Just general household chores, cleaning, gardening, mowing the lawns,.........
We ask to help us 2hrs/day pp in exchange for use of the sleepout.

Of course you are welcome into our house and internet would be included. We ask you to provide your own food!

A general understanding of English is preferred in order to communicate with the girls and you will need to be mature, reliable and independent.

We are 10min driving west from CBD, in Te Atatu Peninsula, with a direct bus connection into tow... more inside

Hello. We have a wonderful 10 acre lifestyle block close to the villages of Waimauku and Kumeu (wine country) in the north west part of Auckland, just 35 mins drive to the city outside of the rush hour and 20 mins drive to the beautiful Muriwai (surf/swim) beach, there are also a few forest walks and cycle ride options nearby.

I can pick up locally if you don`t have your own transport and we can discuss getting out and about during a stay if you`re happy to fit in with whatever plans we can make to help.
My workplace is located southeast of the city so it would also be possible for you to be dropped of and picked up correspondingly, to spend a day sightseeing or on other activities.

I have a cat and we keep a small flock of sheep and some chickens, I'll be adding to the livestock at some stage.
There is a “Young” orchard, vegetable garden & general garden needing attention, as well as the wider property (and home if the weather isn't suitable to be outside).
Ideally I am ... more inside

A little farm with a small fresh water stream running through the middle of the property and with some areas of native bush - nature conservation areas.

We have a small flock of Suffolk Sheep, a few free range Brown Shaver Chickens and a very, very small stone and pip fruit Orchard etc.

We`re environmentally aware people and we try to live our lives sustainably.

We have a great interest in nature, particularly in observing bird life and in ornithology generally.

The property is within the Waitakere Ranges foothills area and it is approximately 5 minutes drive into Waitakere village or is a 25 minute drive to Henderson town centre, the only city in West Auckland.

Tasks on the property vary but mostly are around gardening, re-vegetation, home renovation, handyman type jobs, possibly house work and maybe some farm tasks!

Hello,

We are looking for some help around our house. We have a list of tasks including cleaning, gardening, cooking and renovating. Depending on what you have experience in or what you would like to do we may have something for you to help us with.

Our house has 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, a swimming pool and we have access to French Bay beach where you can kayak, swim etc. You will be living with the 4 of us (we are in our early 30`s). You will have your separate bedroom and shared bathroom. We are also not far from all the West coast beaches e.g Piha, Karekare, Bethells..but you will need a car to get there! There is a bus station 5-min walk from our house which goes to Titirangi village and New Lynn station. You can also take a walk to Titirangi village, which will take you about 30 min (going up the hill, coming back will be much faster!). Titirangi is located in the Waitakere Ranges : it is a really relaxed suburb, where you can find many yoga and meditation places, and... more inside

We would prefer a group of three or four, sorry we are not hosting individuals at the moment as we would prefer groups. We are able to host from 19-29 June 2019. The tasks over this time will be gardening and some landscaping. We are a family of four, 2 cats, a very small dog and have bees. Accommodation comes with swimming pool which is useable during the summer.
Our house is on a 1 1/3 acres with half of that in bush, on the North Shore in Greenhithe overlooking, Whenuapai, Kumeu and the upper Waitamata Harbour. The main Greenhithe bus stop is about ten minutes walk away. By car, driving to the centre of Auckland takes about 15-20 minutes.
We have a large a self-contained flat that includes one bedroom with a double bed, kitchenette, separate lounge ( this doubles as the second bedroom)and bathroom and a separate entrance. We have a queen bed in the bedroom, and a double bed plus a single sofa in the lounge. We would prefer either two couples; however a couple plus one would be... more inside

We have moved our operations to Sandspit on 20 November 2015 - under the new badge of Sandspit Lodge, a smaller property than Coatesville, but with four B&B rooms available within the main house. This 1 1/2 acre property contains 40 productive J5 and Koroneiki olive trees, some Grosso French lavender and Pacific Blue English lavender, ex Coatesville, as well as a lovely 3-tier orchard and loads of citrus trees.

The views over the Sandspit Harbour are simply stunning!

We are seeking one Helper to assist with the B&B activities and gardening over the winter season which is promising to be as busy as usual.

We are seeking the help of strong young Help-Xers now! Prefer someone who knows how to iron sheets!

Please be aware that there are smokers in our household, so if you have a strong aversion to smoking, please do not apply!

With fairly heavy bookings in the near future, we need help with the B&B. Mainly guest room maintenance, laundry, ironing, and associated ta... more inside

We live on a 10 acre lifestyle property with various animals, both pets (dogs and cats) and chickens. At times we also raise calves and pigs. We are developing our orchards, so far Feijoas, Apples, Hazelnuts. Other fruits around the house orchard and still planting. We also have bee hives, in case anyone has bee allergies.

Mainly outdoor work, weeding, mulching, planting. Helping a bit around the animals, cleaning out, etc. We have a vegetable garden and don't use harmful sprays. Sometimes Housework, cleaning, sanding, etc. We are renovating our house, an old villa and also the cottage we use for Homestay.
We offer accommodation and meals (main meal evening) for 4-5 hours work per day, flexible as to how it works out, can be 8 hours one day and off the next. No public transport, so if you want to get out and about often, then own transport needed. Papakura or Pukekohe (20mins drive) are the closest for trains or buses. Auckland airport is approximately 45 minutes drive away.

Need a couple (2 people) to help out with work in our commercial orchard. We supply food and accommodation in exchange for 4 hours of work. Suit those with a car due to where we are located, however it is not necessary.

We are located on the outskirts of Auckland in a rural area, opposite a pine forest which is great for outdoor pursuits such as walking, biking or horse riding. Within the surrounding area are local wineries and the beach. We are 5-10 minutes drive to local villages, and 15 minutes drive to a newly-built shopping mall. We are 30 minutes drive from the city of Auckland, in non peak-hour traffic.

The property consists of extensive gardens, a tennis court, a pond, a lake, a chicken coup, two paddocks, a home orchard and vegetable garden, and a commercial persimmon orchard. It has been used for functions such as weddings, and movies.

The house is a two storey New Zealand replica villa, country style farm house, with downstairs guest accommodation consisting of a... more inside
