Coromandel Calling... Spend Winter in a great little village. We are looking for 1/2 staff to start from the beginning of July a minimum of 2 weeks. We have recently been let down so only apply if you seriously wanting to come to the beautiful Hahei

Our lodge is centrally situated in the picturesque seaside village of Hahei on the east coast of The Coromandel, New Zealand, home of the world famous Cathedral Cove. Independently endorsed as a wonderful place to stay with a variety of affordable accommodation options to suit every need, Debbie, Richard, Claire & Matt invite you to join them and experience one of the most idyllic locations in New Zealand. Claire is an ex- woofer who spent 4 months with us in 2011. She fell in love with Hahei and the lodge so much so she is now back as our co-manager with her partner Matt. She has first-hand experience of the job and what our helpers are going through as they backpack around New Zealand.

We offer free accommodation in our backpack... more inside

I offer a majestic view and three meals per day including home made bread, pesto and muesliv; with soup, fish and chips, roast chook, "stu"shimi and pizza burgers etc for dinner; plus homemade beer and fruit wine (yeh, but... had a vinegar spell put on me!!!).

In exchange I ask for 3hrs per day (mornings). You do not need to help out on the day of your arrival or the day you leave (except to make the bed etc).

Behind my place is the mighty Coromandel Range so you can go walkies up the creek into the bush. Maybe use windsurfer boards as kayaks and just paddle around. Possibly cycle 4km to Waiomu and walk 1hr to the Kauri Grove. Or, try to catch something from the beach: maybe a massive stingray. Or just chill with the view.

MY OZZY TRIP 12 JULY - 16 AUG. I'm looking at renting out the house, the sleepout and maybe even the van during this time. Mates rates.

A double and a single room are available in our home, which is 10 minutes away from Thames in the beautiful Kauaeranga Valley, renowned for it's mountain biking and stunning bush walks including the Pinnacles.
We are landscaping and developing new gardens, so our work includes landscaping, firewooding and general outside garden and house maintenance.
If you have experience in these areas, or have other skills to offer, are clean and tidy, fit and strong with your own transport and a good use of English, we would love to hear from you.
In return for four hours’ work per day, we offer a bed, free wifi and an evening meal provided for you, plus basic ingredients for breakfast and lunch. Vegetarians welcome.

Hi All, we are a friendly family living in stunning little Tairua in the Coromandel Peninsula (recently moved from Paihia in 2016).

We need a hand with general family life as well as outdoor work, housework and perhaps some babysitting of young Hugh (8 years)and Sylvie (5 years). I also always appreciate someone who enjoys to cook!

We live in walking distance from the beach, and town so you'll be busy in your spare time.
In return we try to show you around the area and whenever possible get out and do some kayaking, bush walking, tennis, cycling etc.
Come and join our friendly family for a while!

Hey Everyone!
We are interested in 2 Helpers from around the end of June, at this time of the year it is a lot more gardening work and less of the cleaning so any keen gardeners or handy people welcome. :)

We live in Hahei on the beautiful East coast of the Coromandel Peninsula and need help mostly cleaning and for general jobs at the place including gardening and some maintenance. Hahei is stunning at any time of the year and you can easily lose a month or two if you're not careful :)

We need TWO helpers who are traveling together as you will share the room you sleep/live in. We have recently renovated your room with new carpet, new lino, new bathroom sink and cabinets, new benchtop for food prep, so it looks pretty good :). Hahei is pretty remote so having your own vehicle is a good thing.

Your accommodation is a self-contained room, with own shower and toilet,TV, Fridge, etc and we provide food, Wifi, laundry, pick ups and drop offs in return for around 4 hours for ... more inside

. We have dairy farm located in a beautiful valley south of thames. At present we need one person to assist with feeding calves and gardening. The area is great as a base for exploring the wider area especially the Coromandel. Roughly 1 1/2 hours to rotorua, waitomo caves. Wonderful bush walks etc within walking distance of the farm. In return for the work we believe that our farm offers travellers the chance to experience the culture of a fully working dairy farm. We are up a no exit road so there is no public transport. Experienced horse riders an advantage. You also need to be prepared to stay for at least 10 days

We are a restaurant situated in Cooks beach. We are happy to host helpers in return for support in the kitchen and around the house. It great to meet chefs and talented cooks from around the world and exchange skills and ideas.

Help out for average 4 - 5 hours a day for food (occasional beer and wine) and quality accommodation above the restaurant. We prefer a minimum two week stay.

We will have space for two people from the 24th July

I am a retired medical herbalist growing plants for medicine, 3 km north of Coromandel town, near Driving Creek Cafe; we have medicinal herbs growing all around the farm. The work is mostly farm work looking after chickens, collecting chicken poo for the gardens, preparing garden beds for herbs, digging out wild ginger and privet along the Whangarahi River, mowing the grass, and mulching fruit and nut trees. On rainy days we clean the house, or strain out herbal tinctures. Minimum stay 10 days.

We work 2 hours a day, 1 day a week time off. This is work in return for accomodation, you provide your own food, (there is a communal kitchen/caravan for cooking) and you can go offsite to neighbouring hosts for food. ie.one meal each day, eg. 2 hours work for Alison in return for dinner; Showers and laundry provided at Naomi`s house, there is a bicycle available to get to town, 3km away.

Please email and let me know when you`re available, age and nationality, and what ... more inside
