I live in Onetangi on Waiheke Island with my two children (18 and 9) and our dog. Tasks include gardening, landscaping, cleaning and painting. Must be strong and fit and experienced in these tasks. Fluent spoken English is a must. Some 'handyman' abilities would be great. Work is for four hours a day so if you're already working full-time this is not suitable. Not suitable for couples. Close to Onetangi beach (10-15 mins walk), bus stop, vineyards, golf course and cafes. Must like family life and be dog-friendly. Thanks!

Enjoy all that Waiheke Island has to offer on our conveniently central 9 acres of land. The bus stop is just a ten minute walk from our home allowing you to easily explore the village, gorgeous beaches and more. If a retreat from the busy world and a connection to nature is what you are seeking we have plenty of that on offer on our stunning, tranquil and spacious land that we share with plenty of native birds such as Tui, Kereru and Kaka.

We are a family of five that aspire to live a more simple life. We are spread out through the main house and a number of smaller dwellings, so among the hustle and bustle of family life there is also always opportunity for space. You will stay in either the small but cosy spare room in the main house, it has a queen size bed, a wardrobe for hanging your clothes and plenty of sun or the caravan nearby with a double bed, a bit more privacy, space and plenty of storage.

The farm has been spray free for 30 years but is not yet certified organi... more inside

We have a private self contained cottage for our helpers. It has queen size bed, kitchenette, large living area, outside deck, heat pump, cozy fire place, internet and bathroom. It is super quiet, peaceful and unique, built from native timber some 90 years ago, surrounded by native bush and native birds singing all day located at the bottom of our main property.

We are a married couple (a Chef and a local Wine Maker) and we have the best dog in the world:) We are located in a charming coastal village in beautiful Rocky Bay, Waiheke Island. We are a five minute walk from a large regional park with many beautiful hikes. So if you are a tramper and love hiking, this is a great spot. Also walking distance to the coast with great swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing spots.

Share our home and help me in an Arts Centre on Waiheke Island
We live in a beautiful place called Waiheke island
which is well known for Art and Vineyards
I am a Fashion Designer, Textile Artist and curator. I run an Arts Centre based in an Old Police Station
Living with us is a hive of activity,
I have a lot at varied jobs including helping with gallery, sewing, generally keeping the gallery tidy and running. and helping with tourists. If you are creative you could make stuff this could suit you. Theres always a lot of cataloguing stuff and some housekeeping and gardening/building
We live close to the village and close to the beaches
in your spare time you can enjoy bush and beach walks, or just relaxing. or enjoying some of the islands tourist attractions. Living on an island means we have restricted infrastructure regarding water and waste so we actively practice mindfulness in all that we do ensure our footprint on this earth is small and unthreatening
