I live in Moree close to shops but have a property 20kms out of town.

Moree is the richest agricultural shire in Australia.

Accommodation & provision for 3 meals per day is in exchange for 4 hours (each person) help per night you stay (including weekends).

Jobs could include farm work (including working & cleaning on farm machinery (particularly cotton planting & harvesting machinery), gardening, cleaning. A mechanic would be ideal but have I plenty of jobs otherwise. I don't have any animals.

Work times can be worked out to suit both parties.

Moree is located 600kms from Sydney and 500kms from Brisbane. With the current lockdown situation if you are travelling from another state you can travel if you obtain a work permit.

Cheers
Phil

In-house stay on a small holding with a sprawling, comfortable house. Veggie garden / property planting and maintenance, along with home maintenance and general duties in return for accommodation and board.

Major tasks are to revegetate degraded cow pasture to native rainforest and eventually build separate shed/guest quarters.

Located at Byrrill Creek between two national parks, the property is sustainable and eco friendly.

Happy to help out in a time of COVID, within the restrictions.

10 minutes from Uki (pub, general store, cafes), 30 minutes to Murwillumbah, 45 minutes to Tweed Heads and Gold Coast Airport, 2 hours to Brisbane, 1 hour to Lismore. 45 minutes west of Byron Bay.

The owner is a gay bloke, broadminded, funny, raconteur and with a love for life and living. If you have a problem with that you know what you can do :).

Although of course gay friendly, all are welcome. However no children or pets please.

Please make initial contact by email. Telecomm... more inside

Sprng activities are in the vineyards in preparation for early grape growth as well as the winery in bottling and labeling.
We require a minimum stay of two weeks as it takes time to meet all our staff and find ones way around the property.

We run a real farm with an associated tourist attraction, not just a hobby farm , we are in pristine place surrounded by native forest and a national park.

We have cattle for breeding for beef and sell off weaners at about 8 months of age. They are all our pets though sometimes they are naughty and do things they shouldn't, just like children. They are calving in July and August each year .

A vineyards for wine grapes producing 8 different varieties of grapes over 10 Ha of Vineyard. There are lots of vineyard activities every season except autumn. The busiest times are spring when we can always do with extra help and picking, in Late January and February.

Hi all,
We are small backpacker hostel in the vibrant town of Port Macquarie, half way between Sydney and Byron Bay.
Port Macquarie is a rather small city but has a LOT to offer! With 9 different beaches there is plenty to explore, swim, surf, snorkel... Port Macquarie is also the home of the one and only koala hospital in Australia, which you can visit every day for free. Looking for something more fun? You can also ride some camel in the beach or visit the Australiaís Billabong Zoo or the Rainforest center.
The hostel is only a short walking distance from the city center, shops and restaurants.
Life here gives you the chance to lead or take part to many activities such as sunrise surfing, snorkeling, coastal walks, heading to the pub for live music or nightly socials around the hostel and much more. You can also just chill out in the pool or relax in a h... more inside

Update

Since the corona virus circumstances have changed

I a cannot cater for 2 people only 1 person now. Due to reduced trips to town for food supplies and limits on food purchases
I need someone who is happy to work outside and inside
Someone to help with cooking also a benefit
Someone who understands we now have limited resources available
Someone who is mature over 25-30 is preferred
Internet is now very bad and only reception if you are with Telstra other providers don't work here
Someone who has already had farm living/work experience please

I would prefer someone with some experience in outdoor work or at least happy and able to help me finish some construction here on the farm. If you are genuinely interested maybe contacting me with more than a text and wanting to talk might indicate we are on the same wavelength.

I am on 200 acres of organic rainforest/ fields. Approx 1 hr from Port Macquarie on NSW mid north coast.
The property is surrounded by na... more inside
