I am feeling quite disappointed with the government rules on working visas as helpers don't seem willing to come visit my beautiful property. The weather has been absolutely fantastic this autumn.I have had 1 helper since Xmas. I am in need of 2 helpers with the grounds maintence. You will stay in the main house with your own bedroom and shower, meals will be prepeared together. I prefer to have at least 2 people at a time. Now is a great time for Australian emu's, kangaroo's and wallabies to be seen in the wild. This property was a commerical trout farm, it was burnt out in the 2003 bush fires. We purchaced the property in Febuary 2007 over run with blackberries and tree suckers. Property has double creek frontage. The pristine Nariel Creek is the main creek. We are in the process of cleaning up the blackberries, dead trees along the banks of the creek to gain access to fish for trout, swimming, canoeing, gold paning and spying the odd platypus. The property is surrounded by crown l... more inside

I am what some may term a "Trendy Nanna" - some people refer to me as "Nifty Nanna" - anyway I am a Nanna to many - both blood nd "adopted" - I am now retired and live in my own home which is far to big for me alone so I have opened it up for share accommodation - mostly for students from all over the world - I have many "new children" and have been lucky enough to visit some of them in their homelands and even to attend a couple of their weddings - I have eight of my own children and many grandchildren and great grandchildren - both blood and adopted and they are scattered world wide - I am now on nocturnal dialysis and have been trained so that I can carry out the procedure myself at home which I do 5 nights a week. I am an habitual magpie which seriously needs attending to and I absolutely love gardening. I am a born again Christian and would like my guests to attend church with me on Sunday morning.

I live in Geelong, Victoria which is the gateway to the Great Ocean Road-http... more inside
